Tao Leigh Goffe
Tao Leigh Goffe is an assistant professor of Africana, feminist, gender, and sexuality studies at Cornell University. She received her A.B. in English from Princeton University in 2009, and her PhD in American studies from Yale University in 2015. Raised between London and New York, her academic research explores the intimacies between black and Asian diasporic subcultures in Britain, the United States, and the Caribbean. She experiments with cartographic applications and sound mixing digital technologies to unfold and unmap Caribbean imaginaries through music and memory.
