Personal Information

Brief Bio:

I am a PhD student at Indiana University's Media School. A trained filmmaker with an MFA from Loyola Marymount's film and television production department, I make installations with found footage material with an emphasis on medical imagery. My dissertation, "Ontologies of Undoing", is a new materialist history of nineteenth and twentieth century pathological specimen collection and preservation. My research centers on medical media, material media, death cultures, and necropolitics.
