Full Bio: 

Jeremy is a PhD student in Engineering and Public Policy, where he focuses on policy issues of IT, telecommunications, innovation and futurism. His current work centers on spectrum policy for connected vehicles, modeling wireless networks and econometric relationships between user behavior and broadband deployment. He previously worked at Israel’s Start-Up Nation Central, where he analyzed the country’s stealth startups and implications of long-term multinational presence. He also served as a data analyst, web designer and backend development for the federal government, Baltimore City and several technology startups. He has given and moderated presentations at various conferences including Hackers on Planet Earth, World Future Society and TEDx Herndon. He earned his BS in Computer Science at Dickinson College and his MA in Communication, Culture & Technology from Georgetown University. He is a member of the ACM, IEEE and AAAS and a fellow of StartingBloc, NEXUS Global Summit and New Leaders Council
