Brief Bio: 

Michael Grathwohl is a fourth-year English major at Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana. He is currently participating in the Associated Colleges of the Midwest's seminar at the Newberry Library in Chicago entitled "Knowledge and Technology: From Socrates to the Digital Age." His past research topics have included literature and the environment and civil rights history, and he has presented at Butler University's Undergraduate Research Conference as well as Earlham College's Annual Research Conference. Michael has also been a student intern at Duke University Press and UNC-Chapel Hill's Southern Oral History Program at the Center for the Study of the American South.
