Kira Schukar

I am an undergraduate studying English Literature and Geography at Macalester College. My interests span from film to poetry to journalism, but I am especially passionate about audio documentaries, podcasts, and oral storytelling. In the past year, I have written, researched, and produced two podcast episodes, and right now I am planning a senior honors project about the limits and possibilities of oral storytelling. I believe that stories told through sound have the potential to be more accessible and impactful than print stories.
