Jonathan E. Tarr was a HASTAC Scholar in 2009-10 and 2010-11. He received a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Michigan in 2011. Prior to graduate studies, Jonathan served as HASTAC Project Manager from July 2006 through July 2009. His research interests include the integration of technology into planning practice, public participation in planning, reinventing rural economies and distressed cities. Jonathan is a 2005 graduate of Duke University.
