Jonathan E. Tarr was a two-time HASTAC Scholar and is now a Program Director at Enterprise Community Partners based in Washington, DC. He received a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Michigan. Prior to graduate studies, Jonathan served as HASTAC Project Manager from 2006 through 2009. His research interests include the integration of technology into planning practice, public participation in planning, reinventing rural economies and distressed cities. Jonathan is a graduate of Duke University.
