Jeremy Swartz is a doctoral candidate in Communication & Society and the first scholar to complete the graduate certificate in New Media & Culture at the University of Oregon. He is an affiliate of the Institute of Cognitive and Decision Sciences, research assistant in the Center for Advanced Technology in Education, and a research associate of the Oregon Media Literacy Project. Swartz is co-director of the What is...? Series at the University of Oregon in Portland.
