Celeste Pietrusza is currently pursuing post-baccalaureate research in psychology and graduate coursework in the humanities at Cornell University.
Her interests include: Psychoanalysis and the human body, affective neuroscience and the humanities, the phenomenology of new media, the use of technology in psychotherapy, and intersections between clinical psychology and psychoanalysis.
Celeste received her bachelor’s degree in Radio/Television/Film from Northwestern University, where she studied media theory (with an emphasis on psychoanalytic theory) and multimedia production. After graduating from Northwestern, she worked as a video and multimedia producer in New York City.
In addition, Celeste currently works with the Society for the Humanities on digital humanities initiatives.
