I am a writer, artist, and educator. I am currently pursuing my PhD in Philosophy, New Media and Cultural Communications at The European Graduate School in Saas-Fee, Switzerland.
I currently teach courses in media studies, educational theory and technology, cultural communication, critical theory, and research methods.
I work with our faculty at The Culinary Institute of America - with campuses in New York, California, Texas, and Singapore. Our faculty instruct in the areas of Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry, Liberal Arts, Hospitality Management, and Business Management. The Chef Instructors and Professors on staff work with the best professionals in the industry to develop curriculum methods that best capture opportunities for integrating education and technology. In addition to my work with instructional development, assessment, and campus-wide initiatives, I also run the Center for Teaching Excellence, and I am in charge of various initiatives for Faculty Development that extend to opportunities for local, regional, national, and global research.
