The Missouri University of Science and Technology invites applications for the Maxwell C. Weiner Distinguished Professorship in English or Technical Communication. This is a one-semester, endowed position for the Spring 2017 semester. We seek candidates with expertise in Digital Humanities and/or New Media with relation to any content field in English or Technical Communication. Qualifications: Applicants must be actively producing either scholarship or pedagogical materials in the area of Digital Humanities and/or New Media. Rank of Associate or Full Professor is preferred. Responsibilities: The Weiner Professor will be in residence in Rolla between January and May, 2017. He or she will present two public lectures, lead two faculty seminar sessions, and teach one semester-long course.
