Trans*H4CK, the first hackathon series to empower trans people, hits Chicago! March 28-30

Friday, March 28, 2014 - 8:00am to Sunday, March 30, 2014 - 6:00pm

Following our Las Vegas Hackathon we travel to Chicago where we partner with The Trans 100 to host an epic event focused on celebrating the beauty that is the trans* activism!

With this Hackathon, we want to encourage tech collaborations that highlight the amazing work that is active within our community. The first prize winner gets an opportunity to pitch their app to a live audience at The Trans 100 and in front of featured speakers: game critic Mattie Brice, actress Laverne Cox and athelete Kye Allums!

Join us for a weekend of networking in the #ChicagoTech community, talks from trans and queer tech entrepreneurs, yummy food, and swag as we code for social good!

Who Should Attend:
*People of all gender identities interested in creating web or mobile apps for the transgender community.
*Developers, Artists, Designers, Programmers of all languages!
*LGBT Entrepreneurs

Our rules are simple
Any data or APIs can be used that you feel best represents your work.

You can work alone but we encourage teams. You can also be part of more than one team if you wish. Trans*H4CK is all about collaboration!

You are required to have fun! (Really)
