The NC State Linux User's Group is holding a Hack Day later this month - but what's a hack day, you may ask? A hack day is an informal get-together where geeks join up in a friendly environment to work on projects together to provide accountability, feedback, and company during a multi-hour stretch of working. Are you making a website? Are you taking a MOOC? Are you trying to learn a programming language? All of these are activities that are more fun when you have good company - a hack day is a wholly unstructured event that is what we make of it.

This is the LUG's third hack day, so we think we know what we're doing by now. We're a friendly crowd of tech-enthusiasts who love to share what we know with others who want to learn and participate. We would love to have you join us!

RSVP: Please RSVP, it helps us plan food.

Contact: If you have any questions about what to expect or whether this event is right for you, feel free to contact the organizer at bwpeddyc [at] ncsu [dot] edu
