GLOBAL WARNING: Artists, Scientists and Environmental Activism is a two-day symposium that examines the interconnectedness of ideas and actions and the current relationships between art-making, science and ecology. The symposium will bring together artists, scientists and policy-makers to present and examine case studies of collaborative environmental projects. This exciting 2-day event is scheduled to take place September 16 and 17, 2010, in conjunction with the Third 01SJ Biennial in San Jose, CA.

The GLOBAL WARNING Symposium is organized by Leonardo/The International Society for the Arts, Sciences and Technology in collaboration with ZER01: The Art and Technology Network, City of San Jose Public Art Program and CADRE Laboratory for New Media at San Jose State University.
