Assistant/Associate Professor of English Position at Spelman College

The Department of English at Spelman College invites applications for the position of Professor of Rhetoric/Composition at the rank of Assistant (tenure-track) or Associate professor.  The position will begin August 2015, job code TF0612.  Responsibilities include teaching in the general education core, in the English major and Writing Minor, and periodically directing the Writing Program.  

Qualifications: Rhetoric and Composition PhD with specializations in one or more of the following areas:  African-American Rhetoric, Multimedia Literacies, or Writing Across the Curriculum.
