 What types of part task trainers, serious games and other lost-cost training solutions are available now? What are the upcoming, innovative training solutions and what developments are expected? Can these solutions be used in other sectors?
Systematic Approaches:   What is the rationale for using a systems approach to training? What are the types of systematic methods used? Can they can save money? Are some Training Needs Analysis tools miss-used and over complex?
