With the advent of the internet and social media, the availability of information and products promoting social independence has increased to a degree where the average human is able to access everything from physical materials, to ideas, to skills training. Such a transformation has, and will continue to cause people to live more independently, until ultimately humans return to work at home, as opposed to a centralized workplace. Without a headquarters, companies’ leadership styles will need to adjust to this new reality. This group is based for the discussion of the theories stated above, and how to react to new changes that will occur due to these theories.
