Digital Curating in Community: Interview with Paul Schuytema

How do digital tools provide new ways of curating objects? And, how do these digital exhibits open new collaborations across disciplines, between schools, or with community organizations?

Three HASTAC Scholars at Union College and Monmouth College--Ben Berger, Jennell Oddo and myself--have created a short video series to explore ways of digital curating in community. This video is an interview Paul Schuytema, who is in charge of an all-online historical museum for the city of Monmouth, and the video is embedded to this post. Have you curated digital projects? How did these projects help you build bridges across communities? Please contribute to our conversation by linking your own videos in our comments section. We look forward to learning about digital exhibits in your communities!
