Day of DH 2012

Day of DH 2012

The multi-authored blogging project which started as "A Day in the Life of the Digital Humanities" in 2009 is now known as "Day of DH" (after its Twitter hashtag abbreviation, I guess) .

This year the event will be held March 27th, 2012, and it is now a centerNet initiative

Registration is now open here (direct link) http://dayofdh2012.artsrn.ualberta.ca/register/

The initial welcome post, including instructions on how to participate,  was published by Peter Organisciak on 27 February 2012: http://dayofdh2012.artsrn.ualberta.ca/blog/2012/02/welcome/

When you register they ask you to provide a definition of digital humanities, which is then added to a page including everyone's contributions: http://dayofdh2012.artsrn.ualberta.ca/dh/

You can see who has registered here: http://dayofdh2012.artsrn.ualberta.ca/members/

And all the blogs are added here: http://dayofdh2012.artsrn.ualberta.ca/blogs/

You can find me here: http://dayofdh2012.artsrn.ualberta.ca/ernestopriego/

I would like to add fellow HASTAC scholars on my Day of DH 2012 blogroll so please give me a shout with your Day of DH 2012 blog URL so I can add you.

People have been using #DayofDH on Twitter, but I'm not sure if there will be a different one for this year's event.

Hope to see you there!
