Online Resources for Teaching in context of COVID-19

Dear HASTAC community,

We hope all of you are safe and are feeling supported during this uncertain time of COVID-19. With many institutions considering or implementing online course instruction, we at HASTAC wanted to provide some resources to help you and your students during this stressful transition.

  • This reflection from HASTAC Co-Director Jacque Wernimont provides context and things to consider when shifting to asynchronous and/or online learning environments.
  • The linked document is a living resource full of suggestions, best practices, and links to tutorials. If you have any resources you would like to share, please feel free to use the google form to request access.
  • This continuity guide was created for CUNY but provides helpful questions and considerations that may be useful for other institutions.
  • Members are welcome to create a group on HASTAC, which may be especially useful for online teaching; instructions are available here.

As always, please also feel free to reach out via "contact support" http://feedback.hastac.org/knowledgebase or on social media @HASTAC if you have any questions or need any help.

Kindest regards,

HASTAC team
