Brief Bio
Jonathan E. Tarr is a Master of Urban Planning candidate at the A. Alfred Taubman College of Architecture + Urban Planning at the University of Michigan. He served as HASTAC Project Manager from July 2006 through July 2009, where his responsibilities included communications, microblogging, regular blogging, online community management, event planning, special projects, and grant management. He looks forward to continuing his relationship with HASTAC as a 2009-10 HASTAC Scholar. His research interests include equitable crowdsourcing, bridging digital divides, and the integration of technology into planning practice, and is engaged in the study of environmental justice, transportation systems, and serving shrinking cities at Michigan. Jonathan is a 2005 graduate of Duke University.
