Early Birds, Worms, All That: Apply Now!

Mother told us that the early bird gets the worm . . . well, that's not always true. But it's not wrong either. Several thousand people are spending significant time on the DML Competition website every week but far fewer applications have been started. That worries us. We don't want anyone shut out of this competition because you started the application form too late and didn't have time to finish. This isn't a situation where you can ask for an incomplete!
