There are three days left until the competition deadline on Wednesday, October 15. If you plan to apply, but haven't started yet, now's the time. Here are three useful URL's. The homepage of the Competition site is: www.dmlcompetition.net. The application page: http://www.dmlcompetition.net/fastapps/login.php It's an online application. You can register, answer some questions, leave the site, and then return later, again and again, to finish, edit, change, anything. And if you have questions, please ask them via the Contact box: http://www.dmlcompetition.net/contact.php. Good luck, everyone!

After the close of the first Digital Media and Learning Competition, I wrote a number of posts discussing ways to make one's applications as competitive as possible.  Here's a reblog of one of those posts, called "Writing to Win."

The Digiteal Media and Learning Competition closes on October 15 . . . that's a little more than a month away. My advice to anyone who is applying: register NOW. You can start your application, check out everything you need, fill out part of it, and come back to it later . . .it will be waiting for you. But if you wait until the end, it might be too late to gather everything you need. Start applying NOW at www.dmlcompetition.net!

You can see it in the RSS feed from Shaping Youth that comes into Needle, our information commons, or you can read it reblogged here. Thank you, Amy!
