Antioch University's PhD in Leadership & Change Program has begun a search for the next full time Core Faculty member.
We are looking for someone with substantial experience guiding dissertation research and working with doctoral students, scholarship and practice relevant to 'leadership and change' in inclusive communities and workplaces, and a record of publication/research/teaching to be at full professor rank. The preferred areas of expertise are: K-12, sustainability/environmental, and/or healthcare and the professions. The PhD Program was recently referred to as "a paradigm shifting innovation in doctoral education" (Educause, July/August 2007) - so we are also interested in someone who understands and is excited by education experimentation.
PLEASE pass this announcement to anyone you believe might be interested. If you have any names and contact information you want to share with me personally, I would be most happy to follow-up with your leads.
Many many thanks,
Philomena
