Ithaka digital scholarly publishing report available in CommentPress

I just heard today from Bob Stein at the Institute for the Future of the Book about Ithaka's recent report, University Publishing in a Digital Age. The link I provided there is a combination of two great efforts: the Ithaka report itself, and IFBook's new CommentPress tool, which allows anyone to contribute their thoughts on the report. The University of Michigan Press has brought the two together, and says about it, "[t]he happy simultaneity of the release of the Ithaka report and CommentPress prompted us to view the report as ideal material with which to experiment with CommentPress ... we hope [it] will serve as a basis for further discussions in our community."

There are only a handful of comments so far, but I expect that the number will increase exponentially as more people read the report in this format. With that said, go and contribute!
