Calling all creatives! Coming soon: A new look for HASTAC

Submitted by mdailey on October 6, 2008 - 1:00pm.

HASTAC is in the process of redesigning our site and we will be unveiling a brand new look later this Fall/early Winter and we would love your help and input.

First step? Logo redesign!

In the spirit of HASTAC, web 2.0, and collaborative learning and networking, we have decided to use crowdsourcing site Crowdspring (http://www.crowdspring.com) to outsource our logo design.

The Society for Scholarly Publishing (SSP) has established the Scholarly Kitchen - a comprehensive resource and place to go to for exciting dialogue on current trends and information on what’s happening in the scholarly publishing community!

The blog, launched this spring, is primarily written by Kent Anderson, an SSP board member and Executive Director, International Business & Product Development at Massachusetts Medical Society/The New England Journal of Medicine. Other frequent contributors include Howard Ratner of the Nature
Hold Town Meetings to discuss topics pertinent to HASTAC inFORMATION Year Events. Use materials, etc.
