"I left the Institute a changed individual, more confident about what I knew and somewhat reassured by knowing the focus of my development efforts. The experience broadened my horizon, helped me to better understand potential changes facing higher education, and gave me an opportunity to test theories and gather new concepts."
—Bob Orr, Associate CIO, Information Technology, Western Carolina University
